Done Deal is a student-founded startup in Chico, California, designed to connect individuals and businesses with student taskers for everyday odd jobs. Inspired by the gig economy, we provide a streamlined platform where people in need of assistance—such as busy parents or professionals—can post tasks, and students can take them on. Our services include delivery, pet care, car washing, window cleaning, grill cleaning, dump runs, and more.

With a network of 40 local student taskers, Done Deal offers customers a flexible and affordable alternative to traditional service providers. This dual benefit supports students by giving them access to short-term job opportunities and helps community members handle their to-do lists without hassle. Customers currently submit job requests via our Wix-based website, with future plans to implement a bidding system to allow taskers to compete for tasks, ensuring customers get the best value.

We’re committed to creating a win-win solution: students earn while learning valuable skills, and clients regain their time by outsourcing everyday chores. At this critical early stage, we are focused on refining our marketing strategy, acquiring our first loyal customers, and expanding our community presence to demonstrate Done Deal’s value.
